This anon has worked for defense contractors for nearly 4 decades.
About 4 years ago, my customer agency (under DHS) quit accounting for Gov property under contractor control completely, and left it all up to the contractor to inventory and report.
Fox, please tell us how many chickens are in the hen house.
Not to mention the mess of setting aside contracts to "8A" Alaska native corporations, rather than putting them out for competitive bidding. The native corps just take their cut off the top and pass on the work to subcontractors.
Hoping POTUS finds the time to address this soon, its costing us taxpayers a fortune. The contract value of the last project I was incolved with tripled over the last 15 years, but the scope had not changed significantly.
