Q has only typed (((WWG1WGA))) like that one time and it was when he posted about VIPanon picture with POTUS. At the time of his post, I always kept wondering why he wrote it like that. So now VIPANON picture with POTUS has same ((())) written on the back of it with + which is indication for Q+ aka POTUS. No coincidences here.

VIPanon says the package didn't arrive today so he was instructed when to make this post. Today is Q's anniversary but timestamp might also be important for Q's clock.
