anecdotal: 4 new homes listed for sale from last week. Of the 8 previously seen most have been marked down at least 20%.

Futures slightly down across board. Nothing to worry about at present.

These are very thinly traded markets and get pushed around regularly. It's very easy to manipulate.

In fact, if enough of us pooled our money we could do the very same thing. It does not take much $$ to move it.

 

The real issue is that no one would be allowed to do it unless you were connected. These markets have failed long ago.

This system has simply not allowed or shown the consequences of that failure.
