Reminds me, since I never mentioned it, but did notice back then when Q was posting the other pic of DF (with the chinese flags and the two cars).
Letter pair "DF" & pair "RT" have the same distance in the alphabet – meaning you can Ceasarian shift (rotate) "RT" by 14 (or 12 dep. on direction) and get "DF".
Back then I (and anons, I believe) assumed Rex Tillerson was meant – but the other DF pic/reference made me wonder.
However, still no clue who exactly was in the cars, or what Q meant when these two posts were made. lol.
Wouldn't consider it a "Q Proof", strictly.
At least not until we get the news that DF indeed was in one of the cars (in both images, possibly).
But will keep it in the back of my head, until further info emerges.
