there's a creek that runs across the front of the acreage that I am looking at plus it's 50 miles to a major metro that might already be saturated with organic products… I'm a handyman by trade and have had no problems finding work anywhere I go.

It helps that I don't smoke, I don't drink, I have no tattoos and I still have all my teeth….. my one shortcoming is that I'm hard of hearing and hate talking on the phone… fortunately everyone has texting now and I still get disability so I don't have to work.

I was down there several years ago and a guy wanted me to come build his cabin for him up in the hills. Lots of little places down there plus this place I have in mind has 90 acres in back that doesn't look like it's used for anything.
