Why the letter, "Q"?
Why was GWB missing in action at the same time Jr's plane went down? He should have been campaigning. But he was MIA for three days?
A 'Q' post between now and election day would invalidate that argument.
I have read the magazine. It make perfect sense to me.
It also excludes certain other non-executive government employees.
Candidates stump for each other all the time. Some have even been known to cross party lines
