New Zealand's socialist government has refused to deport an illegal alien who entered the country on a fake passport.

Karel Sroubek from the Czech Republic will be able to remain a New Zealand resident despite gaining residency using a fake name.

Sroubek has ties to the Hells Angels gang and has been sentenced to 6 years prison for importing drugs.

Despite his criminal offending the government has allowed him to stay in New Zealand and are refusing to explain the reasons for the decision.
