I think our Earthly experience right now is a result of interaction of many laws of physics and conscious forces of good and evil. We have X knowledge and Y abilities because of the dynamic equilibrium of all these things. Imagine two midgets trying to irrigate their respective gardens, the water will flow in this or that direction but it will always be subject to gravity. One source says that without the archon scalar net we would have full consciounsness as soon as we incarnated and Light forces cannot give us this power back fully because the dark side would harm us in retaliation and/or we'd mis-use it without the spiritual knowledge.
