The weird thing is that Sayoc i's apparently not even his last name, I think George Webb said it's the name of some kind of weapons training school he went to in the Philippines. That part checks out. Guy seems to have ties to CIA; is this their school?
(Webb gave another Italian last name for "Sayoc", but I can't locate it right now, zillions of videos on Webb's YouTube channel, original video buried in Voat someplace.)
