On Evil Mike Rogers' wife's company, Aegis Defense Services and possible links to Libya. USAspending.gov on Aegis Defense Services - caps related. There were no 'hits' on Aegis Advisory. Looks like Defense Systems took a hit in 2011.

Whoa. Hold up. I am the anon looking at Aegis Defense Services on USAspending.gov. The total contract $ are only showing a total of $688 Million - no billions in there. Moar digging required. Will be back with what I find.
Did run Aegis defense through the DoS FOIA reading room and only came up with a handful of references. If it was a multiple Billions' contract let by the Dept. of State, you would think there would be more than 5 entries in the FOIA reading room. One (cap related) shows an IG investigation instigated by the Deputy Chief of Mission in Iraq. Plus, there are two FOIA case requests for Aegis Defense contracts. One in 2010, one in 2014. The request by Cheyenne Johnson (2010) was interesting. There was a Cheyenne Johnson who worked for Amazon web. (Didn't sign in to LinkedIn to look at it in any more detail.) The 2014 request was specifically for correspondence btw Rogers and Aegis.
