Well they just raised rates again (a bunch of times during DJT versus maybe twice for 0bummer). Follow the VIX it is the measure of market volatility (fear). Unfortunately, it's a real time indicator and fear happens quickly. There are whisperings in the financial communities about the economy being held together with duct tape. Thanks Fed.
