This is something I've been pondering. AZAZ0909 is telegraphing Arizona and 2009.

Who was Governor in 2009? Jenet Napolitano, who resigned to become Secretary of State. Jan Brewer took over.

Maybe more digging on Arizona in 2009 is needed.

BTW, these AZAZ0909 flights are almost 100% certain to be Special Ops.

Janet Napolitano was born in New York City on Nov. 29, 1957, and was raised in Pittsburgh and Albuquerque. After graduating from Santa Clara University, she moved to Arizona to serve as a law clerk for Judge Mary M. Schroeder of the United States Court of Appeals for the 9th Circuit, eventually joining the judge's former firm in Phoenix.

In 1993, Bill Clinton chose Napolitano to be the District of Arizona's U.S. attorney. In 1998, she became Arizona attorney general.

She won the 2002 election for governor, succeeding Gov. Hull, becoming the third female governor of Arizona. Napolitano was elected in the face of a $1 billion deficit for 2003-04, skyrocketing high school dropout rates and a potential affordable-healthcare crisis for low-income seniors.

She resigned from office in 2009 to accept President Barack Obama's offer to be the U.S. secretary of Homeland Security.

She's comped AF.
