Does anyone know if twattr is actually censoring memes or people meme’n?

Reason i ask is my meme thread was taken out in the fuckery attacks and the knowledge we were sharing about meme warfare is gone. Just wondering since twatter @jack was given the greenlight to censore for survival.. if anyone has seen it there or facebook, or if it was truly just hype by msm/twattr/facebook to “soft curb” the sharing of memes.
