What happened to innocent until proven guilty?

On one level, this is a "Kavanaugh" witch trial all over again. This poor man has already been convicted in the court of public opinion via the media's bullshit narrative. We have a single latent fingerprint on one component, but how do we know it wasn't placed there? Imagine the real possibility that this guy is either a patsy or outright innocent. At first, I thought like everyone else, that putting large stickers over a vehicles windows seems highly suspect. However, if the guy is poor, mentally challenged, and living out of his van, covering his windows for privacy at night seems rather practical.

Sayoc was seen crying in the courtroom before the hearing started. Prosecutors said they want to keep him behind bars without bond, arguing he's a danger to the community and a flight risk. A detention hearing was scheduled for Friday.

Jamie Benjamin, one of three attorneys representing Sayoc, told NBC News that they plan to challenge every piece of evidence presented by the federal government in the case.

One of Sayoc's attorneys, Daniel Aaronson, urged people not to rush to judgment based on media reports. "Right now, we know very, very, very little," Aaronson said of the case. "We do not know all the evidence the government has. You have to keep in mind he has not been found guilty of anything."

Sayoc was at that Trump Rally in Melborne in Feb 2017, but some of the people interviewed seemed far more "kooky" and angry at the media than this guy. Watch the RSBN footage @3h13min and make up your own mind, but for God's sake, don't start believing Michael Moore and the FAKE news.

It is possible, but not likely IMHO. If you watch the RSBN footage, it is clear that he is there alone. The Tracy Beanz look alike standing beside him at one point was interviewed by RSBN and seemed more suspect trying to push some Soros conspiracy shit instead of talking about POTUS. She reminded me of that crazy woman that showed up at the PA rally this summer who was interviewed by RSBN claiming that Obama had kept her in a torture chamber.

It is certainly possible, but I am not buying it. For one thing, I have actually looked into his family's background. While his elderly mother was a life long democrat, his younger sister (52) is a registered Republican and seems to be much more functional and successful.

I have. His long time family attorney who is a Democrat and who Cesar DID NOT call when he was arrested is far more suspicious in my mind than the suspect himself.

I agree its NOTABLE, but someone has been pushing that same clip for 2 days now and had shills running a slide this morning suggesting that he was "shopped into the video" That is why I went out and found the original footage from RSBN, which is far less dramatized than the Moore clip.
