Take the time to actually research these claims. Its fake. The talmud has many torah and other religious "lawyering" of different scenarios and are they considered as breaking the religous law or not.

The talmud is an archaic religious lawyering book. To be honest, the average jew has no idea what it even says (it is written in a mixed hebrew - Aramaic language).
