I seem to remember anons making a 9/11 connection; whether he presided over certain cases or not; cannot remember the details. Not sure if the Judge should be considered "implicated in helping" with this FISA shit show, as it was probably presented to him/them in a bed of lies anyway, but if the judge is an accomplice in this shit, then there's no telling what else they've fucked with in previous court cases.
God help us if it's really that bad. The courts are bad enough with liberal judges to not have to contend with fucked up "conservative" ones (looks at John Roberts).
All that already happened. Just because we didn't hear about it, doesn't mean it hasn't. It's a nice theory and all, but I think we're best to do our part at the polls, and hope for Q's return after that.
