But this right here, PROVES the idiocy and ever changing ideology of what hate crime is!

1) FBI reported zero hate crimes in 2016, raising questions about the accuracy of that data.

2) Together, we can discover ways to improve the reporting of hate crimes so that we can effectively target our resources to the places they are needed.

ALL CRIMES ARE HATE CRIMES

This nomenclature is social engineering- DO NOT BE FOOLED!

This ideology would have us believe that hate is inherent in the WHITE POPULATION ONLY as it is the white population that is excluded from being targeted for HATE CRIME.
