I understand your question. I just don't think that other questions that were answered as "fake" means all other questions ought be answered the same way? You could reach multiple conclusions, but it doesn't sound like Q is affirming that R is real, that is conclusive to me. R is somebody, just not related to Q project, is my impression.
I believe he implied that R is not related to Q. Q did not confirm R's claims as having any relation. Although he did not say "R is fake", I believe it was implied.
