Those are cooling towers, they are supposed to give off steam as the water cools. Cooling water usually isn't radioactive (Fukushima is different as there was catastrophic failure).

According to these 'experts', if a meltdown didn't occur and nuclear power is a hoax, what happened at Chernobyl and Fukushima and what are the French using to generate power?

'Face' is a big thing in China. It's sort-of an ego, self esteem, status kind of thing and to 'lose face' with somebody is to fall from grace and is a really big thing. They really don't like 'losing face'.

Sometimes when you are negotiating with the Chinese, you have to create a situation where they will 'lose face' if they don't go along with what you are proposing. Elevating this to show-stopper levels to get what you want is how you deal with a lot of Chinese people.

Silence is always a valuable weapon when it comes to 'face'. If you keep the other party hanging, listening to the cool smooth sounds of Radio Silence on 0.0FM, then the more they wait, the more they lose 'face'.

This is the grandmaster game that POTUS plays and I am a rank amateur in comparison.
