So this Cesar Psyop guy looks to have been a paid "Trump supporter" in Michael Moore footage. (Scene wasn't used)

Why would Moore bring this out if the question could be asked?

Someone months ago said that Moore could be secretly /our guy/ and that POTUS has many moles in Hollywood etc that are publicly anti Trump, but secretly helping him.
