Dennis Montgomery dumped a bunch of CIA hard drives on Arpaio's Cold Case Posse. These hard drives revealed the extent that Hussein was spying on US Citizens (also mention of child porn on drives). We know that Arpaio and Trump were communicating then (2012 IIRC), so this is likely when Pres. Trump and MI hooked up IMO.
