Does President Trump have anybody around him that perhaps you or anybody in your circle could present this information to him so that he is crystally clear aware of the shortcomings of our own intelligence community, other than the fact he knows he's been spied on? Do you think he's really clear on exactly what the problem is and how to solve it?
Bill Binney:
During the election he was saying the government really needs a major shakeup. And he was right then and it still needs it now. But he's surrounded by ex-generals, people from government, fundamentally, and thy have a vested interest in continuing things the way they are, they're not really that kind of disruptive change agents that he really needs. I mean, he needs somebody in there who's going to be some kind of a hard ass and go out there and chop and chop and not care what people think. He doesn't have that now. He has a bunch of people who are involved in the military-industrial complex, or have been, and that's where they came from, and I haven't seen any of them that would suggest they are prepared to make some major changes from the way things are going.
