It's well settled that an act of Congress would be sufficient to end birthright citizenship, so Trump is right about that and Ryan is wrong.

 

As for the EO, it's worth getting in place while the legislative process works (with Ryan out of the way!)

It doesn't mean Mueller didn't rape her. We need a hearing in front of the Senate Judiciary Committee. Mueller should be grateful for that opportunity to clear his name, if indeed he is innocent of this heinous act.

The FBI investigation will just yield some 302's. We need someone to do a full invesigation, using that as a piece, reaching a conclusion as to whether Mueller's innocence is proved.

And if normal "rape" doesn't quite apply, we can make up a new crime that he is guilty of. Mueller likes to invent new crimes ("interfering in an election") so he must approve the idea.
