Dual-citizens and birth right citizenship?
We've seen much fuggery in this country from dual citizens. Perhaps they are in the batter's box on this issue??
Findlaw says (among other things) that; A person in the United States may acquire dual citizenship in one of several ways, including:
Being born in the United States to immigrant parents.

Even if the parents are in the country legally, don't they fall under the jurisdiction of another country.
Lawfags (and wanna be's) what say you?
