I have no idea why that link says 1970 because it talks about Mueller staying on as FBI Director for another two years. So that's like 2011-ish. But there's literally no timestamp to verify exactly. Even still, it gives good backstory into Bobby's history with Bulger.

Maybe tweak the Notable blurb to say "Article on History between Bulger and Mueller?"
