Flaw in the income tax (besides how it was enacted) is that INCOME TAX is codified as a tax on your PROFIT.
And a person cannot PROFIT from his labor.
He can only EXCHANGE it for compensation.
(that would be bartering, and that is not taxable)

The law does NOT require income tax on your labor. The IRS does collect it and will take your shit if you don't, but the LAW has never been "found" that requires it…
