The whole point is for Trump to distance himself from the investigation into his "crimes," when in reality they (RR and RM) are investigating actual interference in his campaign by the Democrats along with help from the Russians. They fucked up, and are caught. The media is just now figuring this out... well, they knew, but now they are forced to play their hand by trying to subvert Mueller. It won't work.
