I do not care. No study was done at the intersection near my house. but, I was fed up with car drivers pulling into the crosswalk to wait for the red left arrow to turn green. Two blind people and on lady with a walker walk in our neighborhood. The walk signal goes on before that red left arrow turns green and we were all walking out in the intersection in front of these jerk drivers with the car traffic. In my case, I would have to wait through three cycles of the light before I would cross or someone would help me. I complained and the neighborhood backed me up. They put cameras there. This is California. Those jerks got a few $350.00 tickets and the word went out fast. THe traffic court judge here is a darn Nazi. He threw the book at them. It has virtually stopped. The whole town was mad about it.
