Regarding the solved anagram Anon discovered lurking within the Trump Rally Schedule:

 

Might the solution point to an event at one of the three Guantanamo outdoor movie facilities (used by base personnel)? A lyceum is what the Guantanamo website calls such a facility with plenty of audience seating and large screen and stage; used for presentations, entertainment, lectures, movies, and such.

 

For instance, might POTUS broadcast (in some manner) a part of a rally to one of these facilities?

 

Military personnel would not be permitted to attend in uniform, natch.

 

And seeing as there is a schedule movie in their showtime listings for each day in the homestretch to election day, could this happen lawfully?

 

Prolly not, but asking anyway.

  1. The Trump rally sched draws attention just as other schedule notices brought to our attention, yes.

 

  1. The rallies-per-date aspect not uncommon in national campaigns generally, yes. POTUS is being a bit more aggressive than previous Presidents, yes.

 

  1. Availability of three key letters (drawn from morese decode) slotted into available caps within state abbreviations. Just so, yes. Very like siphering from caps in POTUS tweets and in Q posts, yes.

 

  1. Anagram is large, 28 characters, 5 distinct words, and a composite phrase. That this was drawn from a sched, coincidence, IDK.

 

  1. Too good to be true? Possibly. Plausibly, yes. IDK.

 

  1. Anons, and others I've shown this to, at first had difficulty following the deciphering, yes. Visual aids helped, yes. That does not seem like trying too hard.
