The real enemy are the dividers but individuals are still responsible for their actions. The reason race realism holds such ground as it does is because blacks are actually committing murders and other violent crimes and thereby providing talking points and statistics favorable to the racist interpretations of these things

The important thing for us is to remember that individuals are individuals and not racial aggregates. Even if blacks statistically commit much more crime than other groups it does not justify one single unjust action carried out against a black that has not committed these crimes.
