John Alexander is a highly suspect and quite possibly dangerous guy – way up in the MKULTRA hierarchy and a player in the 'Human Potential Foundation' related to alien/ET machinations (and not in an honest disclosure sense).
Alexander aside, the idea of China putting their military in Mexico sounds consistent with what we've heard over the past several years.
Enemies considered the Mexico thing in WW1, why not now?
Russia is wanting a Red Wave in the elections and China is wanting Blue Wave. I could see the ChiComs starting something if the Dems don't get what they want on Nov 6th.
China mil has one very interesting way of placing its military in foreign countries this board should know about.
My sauce is Vietnamese mil intel, can't say much more.
But what the ChiComs do is: They offer to build a factory (power plant, shoe factory, textiles, widgets, whatever) and they offer to do so on excellent terms to the host country's govt.
The caveat will be that the host govt must allow the Chinese investor to use primarily Chinese labor at the factory.
In reality, most of these Chinese 'guest workers' are active military, often times special forces.
The factory happens to include underground facilities, many of which are VERY deep underground, where these special forces end up living - for years at a time.
At such a time as the ChiComs decide to launch mil operations in that country, the soldiers just make their way to the surface, to the surprise of the host govt.
In Vietnam, there is a huge ChiCom undergound base at the Formosa Steel factory in Ha Tinh province (by way of example). It's a successful model so why wouldn't they have duplicated it in Mexico.
I'm sure Q Team knows much more about it than I do.
Incidentally, the reason the Vietnamese govt tolerates thousands of active Chinese military on their own soil is that half their parliamentarians and party leaders are on the ChiCom payroll….
Which makes one wonder what % of the House, Senate, Exec and Judicial Branch in the USA are on ChiCom payroll.
It would seem that the northern states like Coahuila could profitably have been taken in the Mexican-American War and turned into something useful.
Just not seeing it now…
