POTUS recent assertions about BirthRight Citizenship and looking at the 1898 SC ruling stating that it didn’t apply to illegal aliens, If upheld by the current SC, How would that ply out?

Would the clock be reset to 1898 and ALL children born to illegals here since thenlose citizenship?

I am following the Murder trial of the “Native” here in Oklahoma that has appealed his conviction on the Basis that he was not tried in Federal Court since the act occurred on Indian Land yet the Law/Statute that had established these boundaries in Oklahoma were never “Ratified” properly thus if the Indian is found to be correct, whole chunks of Oklahoma will revert back to Indian Control.

Wouldn’t the same principle apply in both cases since the Gov was wrong from a certain point that they go back to that point?
