They spent the last few weeks of September taking down the lofty earnings estimates and began the qtrly game of selling each other the sacks of crap assets to each other. That way all this crap does not show up on the books as the quarter closes.

They then sell the same shit back to the original holder's at the start of the next quarter. Usually why the mkts are up when a new qtr begins.

America's original immigration policy would not allow anyone in who would burden the public. This includes pregnant women with anchor babies, anyone who would need welfare assistance or anyone who could not take care of themselves. If anyone arrived at the border unable to prove they could pay their own way, they got sent back to where they came from IMMEDIATELY.

Here is the actual wording:

Entry prohibited to: "any convict, lunatic, idiot, or any person unable to take care of himself or herself without becoming a public charge." In other words: NO WELFARE FOR IMMIGRANTS.

The migrant caravan has made it perfectly clear that welfare is precisely what it is after, and turned down Mexico's offer because Mexico's free room and board and medical came with the attached requirement that they had to work improving infrastructure in Chiapas to get it, and additionally, it was not "good enough" anyway. They want America, where they'll get $6000 a month average total benefit without doing anything at all.

So when anyone tells you America was built on immigration, remember, there were stricter standards back then than there are now
