That depends on where you stop.
There is material truth, up until you hit the point of QM... And then it seems that the very concept of the material comes into question.
Assuming we accept the importance of material reality in the first place. Perhaps this is all a dream. Perhaps we are all living in a simulation on a seed ship drifting through deep space, and Q is the GM for whatever round we are playing.
There is a sort of 'final question' that I came to, however. Or an 'ultimate question' which frames your perspective. Do you care about the people around you and their situation? Do you accept that, all other factors or possibilities aside, the lives of others have meaning beyond their function in your life?
The answer for most is "yes." However, many simply default to that answer without ever realizing the answer can be "no."
When you can answer that question after processing it, then that is the only truth you really need.
Back to the more literal meaning of things...
I have studied, to varying degrees, many of the ancient creation mythos. It is not proper to call them 'religions,' as that is a more modern concept stemming from Egypt and the worship of the Pharaoh. Possibly Babylon, but that is reading moon runes.
What is very interesting is the similarity among the creation myths. There are differences, to be sure, but very intriguing details are held in common. Izanagi, Odin, Horus, for example. Ygdrassil - trees from which life come are, also, a very common theme. Dragons are oddly common symbols all over the world.
If you look at it all as I do, then all of it was an attempt to record very important events in our past. The details and truth have become murky - but as our current religious structure descends from the Pharaohs and Nebachudnezzar (or however you spell that), I am rather suspect of that structure holding much in the way of truth.
