Why did POTUS wait until a week before mid-term elections to bring up the "birth right citizenship" issue? Was it really just "scare mongering" or to "get his base out to vote" as MSM are all claiming? Or was POTUS just waiting until after his 2nd Justice pick was seated on the SCOTUS, knowing it would be challenged and brought before the Supreme Court to define, once and for all, the definition of the wording in the 14th Amendment!?!
