Clintons went the Foundation route est it in 1997 (Clinton Foundation) after he was having to find ways to explain meeting people unofficially then getting campaign contributions to his official campaign.
That the seperation of payloads? If so THE year Clinton got into office he tried to give over that tech. He was blocked and it was all officially allowed in late 90’s.. 97-99. Cant exactly remember, did digs on a bunch of the 90’s stuff Clintons were into. He is connected to billionaire in Arkansas that was apart of the chinese getting stronger industrially during his come-up-ems in Arkansas. Yeah for sure, connected sots timewise w their illegal dealings. As i was digging, came across material where fienstein was trying to find out what the FBI knew about her taking contributions.. then she was acting same way during kavanaugh hearing investigation! I was lime! Yo! This IS who she IS.. and timeframe came out about her Chinese spy who was busted a few weeks prior.. all clicked.
She and her husband have benifited GREATLY by selling the United States out.
