This has likely already been covered in earlier bread, but in case not… We've discussed this in the past, re: 11.3/11.6 (Q never said what year, it was just assumed 2017 & treated as 'dis-info is real and necessary'). An indictment of Podesta or Huma wouldn't necessarily be Hatch Act violation.
