She referenced a Sept 21, 2018 NYT article about the Chinese woman in Flushing NYC who went nuts on the women doing the whole "birthright" thing to make their newborns American citizens.

And it's clear as day to anyone who has learned Q's comms/cipher/timestamps/deltas that Q did the rewrite. The ages of the 3 kids (that WEREN'T in the article) just happen to add up to a certain number of days from the 9/21 publication date (Think 11/6). Other ages and numbers just happen to revolve around 35, 45, 36, 46, three 1's, 63… come on now.
