Separately, something to remember is that Sessions has been carefully SET UP so that Republicans get disgusted with his focused avoidance of the major issues we've known about for ages.
The Left likes him for that.
He's gotten some respect for all the drug & child sex trafficking work, which has been pretty respectable. The numbers on those two types of crimes since he arrived, compared to similar time periods during Hussein, are very dramatic.
It's enough to have earned Sessions, by and large:
