One of my customers is a driver for Cemex. Tells me a few years ago his company was bought out by Cemex. Tells me they flew the owner down to Mexico and made him an offer he couldn't refuse. Twas a warehouse full of cash. This was a family-owned business. In the Southern United States. Supposedly the guy came back and the deal was immediately made. Everyone in the company knew what was going on. Just thought I would add my two cents
