Question: is it normal for military vehicles to operate on an interstate without any sort of license tag? I was heading northbound I-275 in Tampa 20 min ago and the traffic slowed down and there was five or six Humvees off on the left-hand side of the road over or near an overpass (Dale Mabry?). I didn’t have time to take a picture but about an eighth of a mile down the road, I saw another one with on the same side of the road with it’s emergency lights on, so I got this picture. It may be nothing. Perhaps one of them broke down, but it struck me odd that there was no License tag. Mcdill air force base is nearby, but I never see humvees on this route which I travel on weekdays.
