on android phones i installed "no root firewall", see how much crap/data gets leaked from you device. Bonus but a pain is you control what apps phone (even the OS stuff) home its so fine grained it can be annoying. Triple bonus point when using Lineage OS for your android device you can enable privacy guard on top of normal user permissions.
if i was them i'd check to make sure it wasn't gold covered lead kek
