I’d love to hear Don Lemon have a conversation with my Dad. My Dad (a white kid) was a slave in the 1950s in a Canadian foster home. He was beaten, tortured and forced to work for eleven years until a police officer intervened when he was 16, then he joined the navy. Slavery does exist in first world countries, it’s just a dirty secret.
