Agree - the use of the term "concrete" seems to have an ultwrior meaning.
So best way to combat, imo, is to tweet replies full of the term "concrete". If there is a nefarious connation to the term "concrete" then it will add an element of confusion if everyone tweets a "concrete" filled reply. And if not, no harm done.
