Many do not have early voting in their states. We need everyone to vote.

what i see is someone sitting in the passenger's seat. hil sitting in a seat a wheelchair secured slightly back of, but between the 2 front seats. This way she can still see out the window.
This is a modified van and many vans, for handicapped people, have a secured seat in the middle.
