I agree with both. They successfully tested the miniaturized nuke and
they successfully tested the ballistic icbm technology. I base this
on Iran's recent announcement that they have nuclear-capable ballistic
missiles and the collateral fact that they used NK as their proving
ground. I further concur that MI has this under control by some means.
