>The PSO is a strainer of bureaucracy designed to double-check (and slow down if desired) the hiring process of the Executive Branch.
Obama holdovers, kept the info back (sat on it)
>land mine
>The manual on HUMINT
That too, we need to use ALL resources at our disposal - this is total information warfare.
I know some people in government and what most who don't live near DC or who don't work in/deal with government know is this:
>party in power changes
>bureaucrats remain
They are called the "we be's"
(we be here though the party in power may change)
They are the choke points and control points - they can speed your paperwork along (to help) or sit on it/"lose" it for years to hinder you.
Every single govt employee, whether in a make-work (sinecure) or vital position is political. They vote, they have biases and while they may not state them openly AT work, they will exercise them. There are those who do try to not do that (honest) but it happens anyway.
What my people told me was that there were Obama holdovers everywhere; they had intentionally placed "land mines" every place they could think of to stump Trump. Supervisors and managers said this openly at meetings
>"You will not help this incoming administration. You will not process paperwork that will help them. You will not answer any questions from any other departments/bureaus/divisions that will help them. Hold the line"
Not kidding, not exaggerating. This occurs in every single agency, bureau, department and division. They consider themselves as agents in a subversive war against the duly elected president. Active agents.
TRAITORS
The first 2 times no one noticed at all. I guess 3rd time's the charm! Glad it's being read this time, needed to be said with all the concernfagging, demandfagging and general fuckery.
>I have thoughtfully archived current meme thread and posted link to archive.is for future use.
It's always good to do, but keep in mind that archive.is only stores the thumbnails, not the full-scale image. It's a stop-gap for now, until we find the place where the meme /harvester/ team saved all the memes. I will look around through the catalog - if there a place where old "dough" was pasted, it might be in there, or it might be in the "dough" of the oldest general on the catalog. Will report back.
>i cannot believe them paintings are hanging on white house walls
Thankfully, they aren't for the White House, they are for a museum. A statement was put out that the ones to hang in the WH will "be more traditional"

It is a bot program, but careful attention reveals they have one human who has to be present. Some anons did some experiments (it was fascinating) and that's what they concluded through trial & error. one thing I noticed is that they will answer each other but never a real anon, and it's the stupid chit-chat (and sometimes religious) posts, they are meant to annoy, take up the thread and drown out good info. I have a personal suspicion that when Q posts, it is activated and we see the 150 "we love you Q" posts and mindless chit-chat then, as well as the lag on the board.
When there is bad news impending for (((you know who))) they appear, as well as when they think Q is coming, and of course also when we are 'over a target'
>An anon said he was doing it, but then he was never heard from again.
HE DID CHECK IN - last night I think IIRC - he said that he thought that wasn't what we were looking for (after further convo with the person he talked to initially. IIRC, he went on to look at either the CSPAN or FOX footage.
I'm not calling you a bot or handler, anon. I saw this occur with my own eyes (on cuckchan, which was a totally different script & result) here.
