All deemed incompetent on some level, needing to be protected (to a certain degree), and controlled. Children have limited control and are restricted from "adult" activities. Slaves have less control and are never taught how to master themselves. Sheep have no control and need to be constantly monitored & herded, to avoid their own deaths while being used as resources and driven to their eventual deaths as food, at the owners' will. Under the presumption of competence, those in power need to be seen as father/mother figures/masters/shepherds doing what (((they))) believe to be best for humanity, while lacking the humanity to see that the "goyim" have a right to be just as powerful and have just as much rule as they do. The planet is is their (kinder)garten, a ~196,940,000 sq mile garden to plant, weed and reap life as they see fit. Vegetables to pick & eat as they choose, Animals to domesticate, use for labor, and rate as stats while slaughtering at will.
