I assume that those who claim asylum and don't show up in court are wanted for failure to appear by the state their hearing was in. Can there be a federal warrant issued for these people, based on the probability they have fled the state? Seems likely that aliens found in another state would not even be extradited to face their 'failure to appear' charge.
