Not in those exact words. Said he hope no one would be shot but rocks would be considered a lethal weapon and treated as such.
I was hit in the head with a rock as a kid. Bled all the way home. Then the same damn kid threw another a month later in the same spot. Busted it open again. I may have been a girl and 5 years old but I beat the shit after him a few days later. I also found he stole my teddy bear. Saw it sitting there after I beat him up.
